Come one, Come all.....

VisitPa.com and Cadence Cycling and Multisport Centers are proud to present the 2009 Mid Atlantic Super Series Open House on Saturday March, 21. All the pertinent details are below Flyin' Ryan Leech's stone cold killer stare so check it out.

I'd like to highlight that starting at 9am there will be an advanced level ride (about 2 hrs) in the Wiss with some of VisitPa.com's finest....Mike "Super D Champ" Hebe, Rob "I Wear my Sunglasses at Night" Lichenwalner, Mike "Coach K" Kuhn, and Wes "Who's the Boss" Schempf.

If you come for the day you will get a chance to see the Cadence staff perform a bike fit and LT testing for one of the VisitPa.com riders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an in depth look and knowledge about the fit and physiological testing process. Feel free to ask Cadence's expert coaching staff questions regarding the fit and testing while it's being done on a team member.

Later in the day there is an indoor Computrainer class which highlight's Cadence's fantastic workout space and Cadence TV. I know what you're thinking, why do an indoor class when it's nice out? The answer is that the classes are an effective and super efficient training tool to be able to use all year long, especially Cadence TV. For $50/year you have access to any number of specific indoor workouts that you can do in your home! No more looking at stacks of Spinerval DVD's or other workout DVD's. You can pick and choose which workout to do and all you need is the innerwebs!!! Even if you don't want to do the class on Saturday just stop in and check it out.

So scroll down and get the 411 on the VisitPA.com/Cadence M.A.S.S. Open House....do it, Ryan says so.

The blog test

Well, as my first team blogspot entry ever, this is a real test. I figured i should backtrack a bit to early january to one of my two beginner skills training days at the Salbury trail system in Bethlehem, PA. This was a huge success with on one minor injury. (time to start damage waivers) The event was for Valleymountainbikers (vmb.com) , and about 30 toughed out the frigid temps. It was a great feeling to see so many new faces in the sport. Step one complete, step two, drag em to a race or two. ok , lets see if this works
